{"id":291,"date":"2009-01-13T20:20:54","date_gmt":"2009-01-13T19:20:54","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.biking4energy.eu\/?page_id=291"},"modified":"2009-01-13T20:20:54","modified_gmt":"2009-01-13T19:20:54","slug":"ziekenhuizen-en-onderzoekcentra","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/www.biking4energy.eu\/?page_id=291","title":{"rendered":"Ziekenhuizen en onderzoekcentra"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Het onderzoek naar deze ziekte wordt in Europa\u00a0verricht in een aantal Mitochondri\u00eble onderzoekscentra, waaronder het\u00a0Nijmeegs Centrum\u00a0voor Mitochondri\u00eble Ziekten (NCMD).<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Het NCMD heeft meer dan vijfentwintig jaar expertise op het terrein van de mitochondriele pati\u00ebntenzorg en het onderzoek. Binnen het NCMD zijn ongeveer 60 medewerkers bezig de zorg en het onderzoek op een hoger nivo te brengen. Het einddoel is het ontwikkelen en de succesvolle toepassing van nieuwe medicijnen ten einde deze frequent vroeg fataal verlopende aandoeningen te kunnen genezen.
